Parkbay Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning has proudly served the Okanagan region since 2008. We are a locally-owned family business specializing in HVAC services. Our leadership team consists of co-owners Ian and Iona Morrison, along with Andrew Barclay. Iona plays a crucial role in our operations, managing dispatch, billing, and handling all after-hours emergency calls. Ian and Andy are part of our team of highly skilled service technicians, alongside Rod, our third technician with extensive training and experience. Recently, we welcomed Dom as our fourth technician, further enhancing our talented team. Analee oversees our social media, online presence, and advertising efforts.

While we are based out of Kelowna, our service area covers the entire Okanagan.
